Our design solutions team builds and specifies the required hardware and software best suited for out clients. ICON provides detailed documentation, cutsheets, wiring diagrams, and installation details within a digital media package as one file to govern the deployment.

All equipment is staged & tested at ICON’s local before deployment.

Following a quality assurance checklist for optimal performance, the production team configures all displays and backend hardware to prepare for installation. Serial numbers and warranty information are recorded and catalogued within our Service Manager platform to assist the RMA process. Onsite client acceptance forms are then completed upon installation to indicate that the installation is approved. Photos of the completed installation are then attached to technical documents with instructions regarding operation and service details.
