In 2022, ICON Media took part in several large installations within Seneca College at both the Newnham and York Campuses. Here, our media division installed a variety of LED and LCD displays in common areas around campus to create a modern, open space for students. All screens and display columns loop a variety of content including Seneca branding, school news, donor information, and student artwork & showcases. Completed in January 2023, ICON Media completed four LED wayfinding features at the Seneca Newnham campus. These additions provide directory and location information in addition to helping students make their way around campus. A series of LCD screens form a large digital donor wall highlighting Seneca’s benefactors and success stories. Finally, the main atrium of Seneca’s Centre for Innovation, Technology and Entrepreneurship (CITE), is highlighted by beautiful LED column wraps and a massive 3-wall LED videowall titled, the Spirit Wall, located in the middle of CITE’s Innovation Gallery. In going with the new building’s name, Seneca doubled down investments in digital technology transforming each campus and ultimately creating a modern, engaging, and inclusive student experience. As leaders in All Things Visual, ICON is eager to continue its partnership with Seneca College designing new digital solutions that transform each space for students and faculty.
